1. What type of payments does Mohawk Servers accept? We accept credit card, Paypal, check, and cash payments.
2. Once my server is ordered, how long until I receive the information? Once payment clears our systems, your welcome email should arrive within an hour. If there are any issues with payment, we will email you at the address listed on your account.
3. How do I cancel my server? The only formal way to request cancellation is by submitting a support ticket in your member section. You can do so here.
4. Is my server automatically renewing? All accounts are considered recurring unless otherwise noted.
1. How can I get support for my server? There are a few ways to contact us. The preferred method is via support ticket, which you can submit by clicking here. Other methods include our live chat, mIRC at #mohawkservers, or email. With our 24/7 support, someone's always around to assist you!
2. What's the link to the control panel? The control panel can be located at http://control.mohawkservers.com.
3. I'm experiencing higher than usual ping to my server. What do I do? If you're seeing latency issues to your server, feel free to email support or submit a ticket. We have full control over routes into and out of our networks, so if we're able to adjust routing to your server in any way to improve latency, we will!
4. Can I move my server location at any time? Locations switches are free of charge, and can be done at any time.
5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my package? Of course! Simply submit a ticket and we'll make whatever changes you'd like completed.
1. What is Mohawk Servers? Mohawk Servers is a licensed provider for Mohawk Voice Inc., who developed the VOIP application you're using. We are not a reseller, we own our own Mohawk Voice license. You can check out Mohawk Voice Inc at http://www.mohawkvoice.net to view the latest news from the developers themselves.
2. I've received my information, now what? Once you've received the welcome email, you're ready to use your Mohawk Server. At this point you should have downloaded and installed the Mohawk client. Simply input the information provided to you in the welcome email, and you're free to configure the server however you want. Setup your channels, subchannels, system administrators, channel administrators, and anything else you please. The server is yours, enjoy it!
3. What operating system do you use? Our servers run Windows Server 2003.
